Musical chairs with Hebburn Town.

Pete Wild obviously not convinced by Darcy - he's loaned out till January, but wants a closer look at winger Foreman.

Hope he swaps out Bondo for Donaldson next.

Bondo is not ready for this level of football yet and would be efit from a loan where he's playing regularly regardless of level.
We're crying out for pace and width so maybe Foreman is going to provide that?
With the recent defensive additions and Kuogun and Benn to return I'd imagine Darcy has fallen quite a way down the list for a place in the side.

I think the Hebburn manager wants Donaldson for the rest of the season.

Tough, I think we now need Donaldson more than Hebburn do to be honest. At least we know that he will give 100% for the club. He will also benefit from playing regularly n the NL.

I agree with this 100%. The lad knows where the goal is and is worth a try, even if he starts on the bench and has a run out a few times just to see what he can do.

Interesting that Pete Wild doesn't even mention Donaldson in his latest squad update. If we are looking at wheeling and dealing we can therefore presumably expect experienced pros to be shuffled in and out 'within the budget' - whatever that may be - rather than yet more unproven youngsters. As Ozzy mentions above Donaldson knows where the goal is and is worth a place on the Pools bench - and it won't impact on the budget. It's obvious that goals are at a premium so what is there to lose? If Darcy can be recalled and sent back to Hebburn then why not Donaldson? If he isn't quite ready for the NL just yet he can always return to Hebburn or another NLN outfit.
