In Rob Law’s Radio Tees interview with Rose Stoker last week, she said that release of the new away kit was “imminent”.

Also need to announce the new captain, the squad numbers and do the usual media day this week…

about time kits are kept for 2 seasons with a new one out every season but not 2. might help parents a bit with kids wanting 2 new ones per season. know you can say no, but most want there kids to follow them and not some bigger local team.

No harm in wearing an old kit, shows you have been following Pools for quite some time.
Plus it adds variety to the crowd, instead of all wearing the same kit.

The problem with that is that when we change kit manufacturer, we need to change both kits.

It was fine when we were with Nike, we were with them for 13 years, we could change one kit each year, and the other could carry on, but they just supplied template kits from their catalogue which was no different than the service they offer Sunday League teams.

Since then, we’ve changed manufacturers 4 times in 9 years. BLK, O’Neills, Errea, then Meyba.

Anybody any idea what the new away kit looks like?
I liked the Brazil yellow 3rd shirt from the Danny Wilson promotion season and also the The Red and black AC Milan shirt from about 2010. In recent years the sky blue one from about 3 seasons ago was also decent.

I can’t imagine seeing it at the Barrow game as their home kit won’t clash with Pools home kit.

Just checking with Washington that a foreign team playing in the Stars and Stripes is allowed...
