Yeah and just announced that the 1908th season ticket was given free to the recipient, so that's a good figure to pass at this point.

I'm not concerned just yet as most footballers current contracts don't run out till the end of this month, most are holidaying ATM and will be difficult to get hold of, as maybe their agents too, I expect to see the start of some progress over the next few weeks, if I don't then I might be a little concerned.

First league fixture is on the 8th August.

I've not found any fixture release date for NL. However, the EFL fixtures get released on Thurs 25th June. Generally the NL are a couple of weeks later, so likely to be around 9th July. That gives me about a month to book trains for the August or September fixtures.

Still a couple of months to identify and sign players.

more concerned in how many injuries we,ll get in those friendly games and how long they,ll be out for. bound to be a couple we will not see till the new year.

The club has announced that we sold 2100 tickets under the early bird offer, that is a good start considering we haven't signed any new players yet.

Outstanding effort from our fans.
Now it's time for Smithy to quickly respond.
Get out of this current Sing mode.
Time for positive change.

Ye that.
We need action sharpish to be up to speed for game one.

And thats a fair ambition if ya got any.

UTP.

Thought we'd have had a friendly against FC Hartlepool on the Enclosure at Greyfields lined up?

I also thought we would have played Hartlepool fc at Greyfields I stand corrected if not but thought Seaton Carew were a pub team. Will be interesting against Redcar as they have an ex pools youngster in goal who conceded the least goals in their league on the way to winning the title.

Seaton are now a Northern league division 2 team after winning last year's Wearside league.
Should be a decent crowd there.

Just been on Skysports News.
Seaton game cancelled due to lack of players and the threat of violence from the Seaton Casuals.

Are you sure it was Seaton who has the lack of players.

Boro at home on 15th August.

So does that mean we away that day so the 1st game on the 8th will be at home.

Would prefer the 1st game at home.
Whens the Vanarama fixtures due out?

One chant from the 70’s was…’a bottle and a brick and a barbed wire stick’..(how you held all three is a mystery)…now Seaton Casuals are more…’ a pizza and and some chips and selection of chilled dips’….not what they were apart from the waistline.
