Damn! That's the last time I climb over the Rink End roof with my ladder!

Funny how simple, obvious changes take so long with the powers that be, across the board.

I attended most games as a kid in the seventies. Never had the money to pay in but hardly ever missed a match.

1/. climb over the rickety rink end fence
2/. climb over the gate on the mill house side
3/. climb over the fence into the dogs and then climb into Pools
4/. crawl under the turnstiles while people were coming through

If all else failed, wait until just after half time when they opened the gates

Can remember squeezing through holes in the fence and doubling up with an adult through the turnstiles, often went in for the last half hour when the gates were all opened.
There's probably more now try to break out early rather than get in.

Death penalty should be considered for willingly attending a Pools fixture in 2026.
