It seems to crop up on most channels now, spelling standards are probably seen as some kind of evil throwback.

Modern day living, how many people can count without a calculator, writing is going the same way with all the apps that will write an article for you. Unfortunately when it comes to write match reports I don’t think there is an app for that as yet.

Let’s be honest, for most people, writing is that stilted ‘message’ they send on their phones, much of which is pointless gossip…..I always find it funny how young women walk along clutching their phone looking as though waiting for some banal message to come through.
