how many wingers do we need on our books to supply ammunition for our single player in the penalty area. not saying we should not sign him if he is any good as well as looking at next season but not the priority signing most want to see.

Feaths loves to sign wingers doesnt he? If this lad's career is developing nicely, the last club he wants to sign for is Pools, the graveyard of all hope.

its not always been like that. no better club around than having to play at the vic if you are a good player in a good side. 4,000 can feel double that unlike other places where 8,000 can feel like an empty stadium until that team scores a goal.

Not disputing that but the reality is we havent had a good side for years and the terrace boo boys make themselves heard in no uncertain terms. It is hard to shine in a pish poor side as we have seen over the years with decent players doing nowt at Pools but thriving elsewhere.

Come off it… we might be in the doldrums at present , but that’s a bit dramatic….we ain’t exactly clinging to the wreckage with sharks circling.

if we did not have our memories it would be pointless turning up regularly at the moment. think many just go because its a habit or they feel rhat not going is being disloyal.
