Just a quick heads up for anybody planning to travel to H.Q. for the SARFend Saturday home game, 4 weeks today (28/3/26).
After they're victory at Horsham in the Trophy this afternoon, the first leg of a 2 game semifinal is scheduled to be played that day. Meaning our fixture will need to be rearranged.
I know this, as my missus and outlaws are SARFend loyalists!

I think this is excellent news for Pools - means they (SARFend) have another 2 games to play on top of their 15 league games before the end of April. They also have quite a small squad.

Whilst a 7th placed finish might look unlikely for Pools at this moment in time, the fact that we still have both SARFend and Halifax at HOME and given the amount of games SARFend have still got to play, with a small squad- on current form, I think we have a decent shout. We just need to concentrate on what WE do and I reckon we could yet give ourselves a realistic chance of escaping this hell hole.

I reckon Halifax are already out of it and we've got to play Southend at home at some point. Add this to their plethora of matches and its game on.

Halifax drew today at home so another positive point.

Sutton and Halifax both at Home Tuesday and Saturday respectively - got to be taking 4 points MINIMUM.
Hopefully Landon is back at H.Q. for the latter- to continue his 100% record

Looks like Pools Forest Green n Southend going for that 7th spot.

I'm going for a Carlisle v Pools Wembley showdown.

It's now been confirmed as a 1 leg semi final.
But still causes a headache for Southend.

Only available date now for Pools v Southend is the midweek after Forest Green.

And I would 100% take winning them last 3 to get 7th.

Still a 10 wins required Realistically.
UTP.

its hard to imagine any team below boreham wood to win 3 games on the bounce including pools and scunthorpe as well. only 2 of the present top 3 are guarenteed play off places and its up to us to gain more points than the rest to overcome them all. we all know its an anybody can beat anybody on the day league which its why everything on here goes from positive to negative after every game.
