Losing me marbles.

So our forward thinking manager states, The squad, His squad, The ones he has been coaching, Are not capable of playing his way/game.

Plan B:

Waiting till the EFL window closes then pick up players who have not been fixed up within the EFL.

Now this is where i have lost me marbles.

Because how can players who cannot get fixed up in the EFL, Suddenly are able to play his game/way in the NatLge.

Nothing makes any sense any more, we’re in a period of confused thinking, wasting time kicking a ball against a wall, when foundations should be being laid for next year.
He should have started from day one firing up his squad and heaping praise on them to build up their confidence to get the best out of what we’ve got…it’s called leadership…..what he should not be doing is drilling holes in the canoe and wondering why your sinking in the football sense…as apparently evidenced by the dire ‘entertainment’ on offer on the pitch.
This is not the way forward.

only problem is he has to use the tools he has to his, the team and our advantage. he might be failing but others have before him with better tools and insisting on a type of football they are incapable of playing. are we still looking at poundland players not wanted in the efl but deemed good enough for us. what will we see, past it players and kids from harrogate or barrow if he foes sign his 2 or 3. just has the money come down yet to enable him to sign better players for a promotion push next season. lots of questions but again we,ll have to make the answers up ourselves.

He could at least stand on the touchline and look interested.
Standing on the touchline with hands in pockets, Looking oblivious to whats going on, On the pitch is not a good look and does not inspire confidence.
If anyone including himself has kicked a ball then they will know that encouragement from the touchline does help and inspire.

Players will often look to the manager for praise, He portrays to me no hope of improvement unfortunately.

a carbon copy of dave jones but a bit slimmer. he,s had enough managers to mould himself on but seems to have picked one of our worst.

And a bit luckier than most. The ironic thing is that had Raj still been here he'd have probably sacked him by now!
