 Post subject: Defence spending

Talk about not spending on defence……we now have five active frigates with one of them earmarked for withdrawal this year………..in 198 we had 43…. This will be the same throughout the forces, and shows how much things have been cut to the bone.

Is it any wonder Trump is calling out NATO and Europe ? How many wake up calls do they want?

They probably think they can replace them with drones, although I wouldn't fancy a drones chances of policing our waters in a force 9 gale. Hasn't the defence minister just put an order in for ten new rowing boats or maybe the plan is to utilise all of the confiscated rubber dinghies we've accumulated in a docks somewhere down south in some capacity.

They call each other, Point fingers at each other but i have lost count the amount of meetings the world leaders have held lately.
Because behind closed doors………………….Plans are afoot.

I have to laugh at the ‘experts’ getting an erection over the use of drones……they have a use, but you won’t win a war with them, they’re just a useful tool…like their advocates.

true, its europes responsibility first to defend there lands and not expect the yanks to do it for them. anybody actually knows the combined strength of all the euro nations army, airforce and navy.
