Naming rights up for grabs.

My vote is for Victoria Ground.

Any thoughts?

Agreed - there was no need to change it in the first place…

Yes back to Victoria Park for me but the new owners will be looking for a sponsor or incorporate their name to raise their profile I would imagine.

Did anyone actually call it the Prestige Group Stadium? It's always been The Vic to me same as for Newcastle fans regardless of official names it's always been St James Park.

Nah, just a passing temporary bit of marketing …worthless from a fans point of view….Go back to Victoria Ground, as it was for most of it’s life.
Funny how if anyone asked where you were going, it was always going to Pools….the ground name was never really used in that context.
I suspect in these days of marketing, it may likely acquire another silly name that means bugger all to the fans.

could easily have called it the prestige group victoria park stadium for the money and keep the fans happy. bradford city has had multiple names for its ground but fans always and will always call it valley parade due to 100 years of it being called that. fans hate unnecessary change like pools dropping blue and white for some other colour.

The Vic is the Vic and Pools are Pools and no one will ever be able to delete that from us fans. As for calling chips fries, what is more important are the quality, taste and value as far as I am concerned. And they'll always be chips to me and that's what they will be called by me.

The tin sheeting external to the Cyril Knowles stand must be riddled with holes with all the different names that have been attached to it.

at least we have not got japanese ownership selling that raw fish called sushi. that would go down well for those like me who likes everything overdone or burnt.

As Landon Smith is from Minneapolis I reckon Pools will be running onto the pitch to this from now on:

It was good enough for the Super Bowl so I guess it'll do for the Vic

only if he is like you said about being vegan or a supporter of green ed millibrand. we need to know if he is a supporter of the donald or a woketard milk float lover.
