Very poor attempt from Carlisle considering the prize was a final at Wembley.
Not that Wood were much better.

Overated division.
We should have no problems next season going from the transition we been for a while to genuine promotion contentders.

Play Offs at the very least is my expectation.
Its time to ditch the hope, For expectation!

If you ditch hope for expectation, you’ve given up.
Football is based on hope, otherwise why bother.

Both semi finals today were poor. Surely Carlisle must be done with Hughes now and Scunthorpe were bloody awful (really - from start to finish). How Rochdale amassed over a 100 points this season based on the 5 or six time I've watched them is beyond me. Even Pools beat them.

Still none of the teams in the semis got trounced by Gainsborough Trinity or were beaten by Anstey Nomads this season. And they all held their own against the mighty Wealdstone whereas we shipped seven goals. It has basically been a season to forget - although I don't think I ever will, it's been so confusing and bad.

Steady on fella- if at the beginning of the season you were offered a ninth place finish, brief flirtation with the playoffs, for Raj GONE, fresh investment into the club, with all the deadwood out of contract, would you have taken it?

I think it’s a shaft of sunlight after just existing in this division on life support/mothballs.
Transitions take time to kick in and this season was like any business in transition ….you had to expect a period of change while we were reorganised.
Expecting a next day gung-ho charge on day one was naive, even the successful clubs are proof of that while rebuilding.
Giving Fevs cash to splash for a dash at the playoffs would have been a waste of time and money.

seen all the play off games and the most entertaining was torquay beating dorking. far too much at stake to give fans a good game where for once the result is the b all and end all of the game. they are certainly not for the neutral to enjoy.

His retained list would have been a sackable offence, His mate/s would have had a deal on the table after the Boston game.
He did not realise what was going on outside of his bubble, He seriously thought he was up for the job.
