Isn't it strange that the feel good factor from the LS takeover has dwindled away to apathy with there being more political rather than football discussion now on the forum? Not even the usual match prediction thread this week before the Eastleigh game.
Be interesting to see how many turn up today after the turgid stuff we've seen lately, the play off hopes dashed, etc. Wonder if the pre-game pyrotechnics will be the star of the show on the pitch again.

Pot calling the kettle black, if you don’t agree with political discussions don’t reply to them.

Eh? I'm not complaining about the political discussion ya daft silly boy!
I'm simply pointing out that there's very little football discussion compared to political on a football forum.

Sounded like a complaint to me, why don’t you post a topic predicting Eastleigh score ?

Jamie, he’s talking about football….you talk continually about politics and miss the irony….oh and you insert an occasional brief one liner quoting from some other football site occasionally.
Politics 92-9%……Football…..7-1%….do the maths.

I'm not posting a thread about the Eastleigh match because I'm totally pathetic about matches at the moment having accepted that the season is finished - rather disappointedly in most people's opinions given the feel good after the takeover.
If the most threads on here had been about cars rather than politics, the comparison would have been a motoring one.
If it sounded like a complaint to you I'd suggest you start reading posts and taking them at face-value. If I had a problem with the amount of political threads I'd simply ignore them, I don't and that's why I participate in them. Geddit??

First predictions 90 mins before KO says it all.
And to keep Jamie happy, it's all Labours fault.

Now you are losing the plot.
Your football posts are non existent and consist of bland one liners or a link as a cover to carry on with your political chunterings, which are numerous and repetetive and basically defending your Party.
You have no real options on Pools one way or the other…our budgie has more interest in Pools and me dad buried him in 1969.
Just why, would someone who repetitively brags about their ‘lifestyle’ on the other side of the world ( Thailand or Pieland)…..constantly go on about politics and obsession with financial links to the banking system if it’s so great in the sun….?

As usual you go on the defensive Snowy when the facts are put in front of you, said before you would have made a great politician.
I never brag about my life in the sun, is speaking about it bragging, is it a problem if some one who has interests in financials and the banking system, every one has different interests. Currently your biggest interest is constantly slagging me off, oh well if that makes happy so be it. I have said many times to you don’t criticise people who don’t have the same interests as you or where they live if you have never tried it.

Never encountered a ‘socialist’ with such capitalist interests.

Why shouldn’t a socialist be ambitious, it’s a modern world Snowy, socialists actually invest money, own a property and drive a car. I think your impression of a socialist is some who wears a flat cap, lives in a council house, breeds whippets etc and goes to the working men’s club every night on the bus.

I quite like the idea of Jamie wearing a flat cap, breeding whippets and going to the working men's club.

Only ever did the clubs on a Saturday night when there used to some bands on, you had to be there for around 7.30. The lads were racing the footy Mail, at the break they disappeared to the bar when there used bingo was on. Nope no whippets or flat caps, most days it was a hard hat on a site somewhere.
