He scored 17 goals in his season at Accrington in league two maybe Gillingham did not play to his strengths ? Ad Pools have done before if you sign a proven goal scorer you ask him how he wants the balls played to him and endeavour to do that.

no he scored that number in three seasons with them playing in midfield. he was actually available for anybody to sign as he was a free agent. does seem odd that he ended up with a team struggling for players and no other side. if it looks too good it usually is.
