Slightly of topic.

I've never really believed in this mental health shit that arose through covid.

But after Saturday it must Deffo be affecting a fair few Poolies.

Should be on the back of a match day ticket.
Warning.
This could lead to a bout of Depression.

That’s the trouble with bricks, you can go round them…and they ain’t noted for their mobility.

too late now for that. gone are the days that i came out of the vic fuming and would kick the dogs if they wound me up. its just a shrug of the shoulders and getting on with life. at least saturday saved me money as i,d have gone to wealdstone if we had won because her in the kitchens brother lives a mile from the ground.

I think you make a good point Kev. The atmosphere at the point we left, it was an air of despair and frustration. A proper kick in the teeth and I haven't completely calmed down yet. The depths to which we descended on Saturday had to be seen to be believed and I'm not exaggerating either. We got nothing right in my view and it needs to be made crystal clear to all concerned that another repeat of that fiasco of an attempt at competing in a football match is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
There's no chance of me parting with any of my cash to watch that shite and a lot of work has to be done before i even contemplate it.
I have always been proud of my football roots but all I feel after that is embarrassment. I'll get over it but I won't condone or support it. I don't expect miracles but any evidence of improvement would be a start but we seem to be getting worse.
I'm eager to see what Landon has to say.

Been saying for a while, performances on the pitch are generally down to the players, manager, and coaching staff not the owner. Featherstone would struggle to win games with Man City's squad even in this league. Plan A defend the clean sheet, Plan B put all your attackers off the bench onto the pitch and then play keep ball in our own half, plan C go back to plan A and hope we can fluke a few games.

is it only at pools where a gate would increase by 2/3rds because a new owner came in but the shite on the pitch remained the same. know rome was not built in a day, but it might have been built quicker if more overtime and effort was put into it.

Will someone at the Vic realise the curtain needs to come down on this part of our history.
Time to start anew…..NOW!
This journey through the rubble of a season that never was, has to be stopped, it can’t go on, it’s creating more of the same old lethargy and weariness among the fans.

Come on, call it a day, this is just embarrassing and the miracle ain’t gonna happen….time for the reality of it all was acted upon and the page turned on the season that never was.

since relegation every season has been like this. however unlike in the past ones we have not had a decent home game to remember. trouble with football clubs do not like to admit the obvious until the maths tell em otherwise.
