Didnt exactly do a brilliant job at Carlisle. I just cant see he is an upgrade on Grayson or even Feaths for that matter. Fook me this is depressing.

At the moment we're all so fed up with the managerial meat grinder that this club has become that the majority of us would probably be happy for Featherstone see out the season. He knows the players, he knows the club. The players seem to like and respect him and he's doing at least as well as the last few incumbents. Beech isn't going to add anything at all to what we've got now without a big budget to buy or loan players.

Beech is part of that pool of ex players hovering around the edges looking for another break into the field of management yet again …sort of contractors looking for a new project.
I expect nothing to come of it, a …advertised as heralding a ne era…usually brief in our case, then the dawning realisation nothings going to happen and the inevitable trip to the terminus of another manager.
Caretaker time is then followed by another Messiah that turns out to be a ‘mess’ that makes you sigh….andthe dizzy cycle ploughs on.
Pleeeeease, just pull the handbrake on and let Featherstone plough on…we might just be surprised.

so what is he going to do better than anyone else since challinor left. some have had far better careers in management than he ever has had. not exactly a name to get the bums back into the seats. will chapman take his boots home again and another to follow him as well.
