Clearing out this morning and found an old Hartlepool Mail from 2018…..I had to scan through it…,and hey presto… some politicians were saying things that made me chuckle…have to settle down tonight and see what was of interest in depth…..made my day.
Great for when needed.

That's a great post Stocksfield-
We can all now look back to those halcyon days under Neale Cooper and IOR when we had a decent competitive team that we were proud of.

Think I'm still going to sign up and have a mooch around. Use to love going to the library when it was in Church Street and looking at the old Mails. I remember seeing 2 of my aunties put me in the announcements when I was born.

Loved the upstairs reference library…mind you, her in charge was a hard nut.
