Sheron and Hunter start, McKeown, Kougan, Cam John not fit, West Brom loan on the bench. Almost as if Clark is trying to prove a point: Defensive laden creativity lacking hard workers can still do well in the NL. I guess the West Brom lad come on when Woking Score.

We were playing pretty decent until the subs we made. Hoping a self destruction isn't imminent.

First half wasn't great. We lacked creativity.

Start of the second half until the subs, we started to improve. Kept finding space behind the Woking defence and Woking were very shaky at the back with the ball. Popov and Ecclestone were causing Woking problems. Popov deserved his goal, even if it was a mishit.

Then came the subs and changed in formation, and we almost self destructive. Woking got in behind about 5 times and nobody will ever know how they didn't score with the last kick. An absolute sitter.

If the match was judged on the first 25 minutes of the second half, I'd say we were promising. Unfortunately, for the rest of the match, we were very average at times and poor at others.

We didn't look like a side aiming for promotion.
