Aye, I tried the counting the calories diet…and descended into eating the buggers…and based myself on the physique of Fender Belly Farquharson who played for British West Hartlepool United Football and Pasty Juggling teams in the 1890’s and exploded due to gas seepage from a dodgy pasty in the middle of a home game at the Wagga Slag Bank Stadium’..
You couldn’t make it up, bit I did. ;)
