Followed by the start of pre-season training on Monday.

Be nice to have a few more bodies in the building before then. I assume that's the plan?

That won’t take long then not unless there are a few signings before the end of the week.

Looks like we have finally stepped up a notch on these medicals.
No more crock chances anymore.

Beechy also saying we going for a better smaller squad which reduces shitty little divisions IMO.

We Gunna be ok for August 8th.

Chris Maxwell (Head of Football Operations) and Chris Beech (Head of Recruitment) doing the interview rounds today.

My 2 penny worth -
Maxwell, very bright, very ambitious. Don't think he or the rest of Bromby and Partners will be around for long after the start of the season but he talked well about leaving Pools with a settled (attacking) style of play whoever the manager is.
Beech, more cagey! He knows he's got a history to live down at Pools. Long-term, it's obvious he wants to manage again. A ready-made replacement if it doesn't work out with Clarky? Will keep him on his toes at least.

And the Will Harris saga definitely isn't over.

They both came across very well, I was surprised how well Chris Beech came across, seems a decent bloke.

Yeah, Will Harris is definitely on listening to that, Beech had every chance to deny it and didn't. Sounds like we will have a number of new players announced by the end of the weekend.
