We need one.
Besides striking lucky for our benefit it could also reap rewards financially in the future.

Yes great to have the Academy and the U21 set up and obviously it'll need investment , speculate to accumulate longer term.

There's a full description on the OS here: https://www.hartlepoolunited.co.uk/8198-2/

It is very positive news. Wonder if they'll have a regular league to play in? And if there's any way to stop the best prospects from being poached for nowt by EFL clubs, as has happened already with the Academy?

Just passing on what I got told last week the council have signed off the Rec to Pools.

Personally think it's a bit hard to believe giving the money they could get from newbuild houses!!

its a good idea if its used correctly. we are well down the NE pecking order for kids to go to, but that helps us when these teams release players that we can then pick up. crewe had there youth success by picking up these lads released especially by liverpool and not there own ones, and david platt from man.u.
