Would that average 69pts over a season? Enough for top ten but not good enough to reach the playoffs.

That’s set his next target, finish this season on 69pts, imo he’s missed first target to get into the playoffs.
If he fails to achieve 7pts from the last 4 games it makes his last target, of keeping his job, a lot harder to achieve….who knows???

The home losses to Sutton, Altrincham, Yeovil, Anstey, Gainsborough should have collectively seen him scattered by now.
When you've got one of the best defensive records in the div but you're scoring less than you concede your on the wrong road.
Going to games at the moment is about as exciting as watching paint dry, the Rochdale attendance without the away fans says a lot, the absolute death of any atmosphere says even more.

We can cure this home sickness with a more attacking new manager.
That doesn't automatically make the defence shit.

This Southend attendance should be a wake up call for Smithy n Bromby to react.
I'm sure they will.

we should thank grayson for sorting our defence out and welcoming a new manager to sort out the attacking part of the team in the summer. at least half a job has been done for a new guy.

Rob Elliot walked into Gateshead and turned their fortunes around more or less overnight.
He did NOT do that by playing defensively, Nuff said.

true, but i seriously doubt any team has gained promotion without some defensive capability. my biggest gripe is we look like the away side at the vic apart from the odd game with so little attacking intent and time in the oppositions last quarter of the pitch.

his record could be worth a 2 year suspended sentance in some outpost of the game below northern league standard.

He says that he doesn't know why we've gone 4 games without scoring, it's because you play with 10 men behind the ball you Fecking idiot!

He is paid to 'know'. What chance do we have when the guy in charge doesn't know!
