As for the other one, Mr Steel, I would guess some sort of management consultancy role or whatever!

3 outstanding charges, one of them is for paying back English Sports Council, the other two for Clarence 18 Ltd owned by Raj.
We should be able to find out how much we are paying back the sports council and on what terms, the ones owed to Raj, again we could delve further.

Year Ending 31 July 2024:

Would the new owners not ‘inherit’ all of the debts linked to Pools, have they paid them off and made Pools debt free ?

From what I can discover, 1.23 million owed to English Sports council, I think the payments were due to start in 2025.
However we do not have the latest accounts for the club ending 31 July 2025 to see what was being paid back.

There is probably around 2 million+ owed to Raj through his related companies.
And also there is the 1 million operating costs which could be owed.

I did read somewhere that Raj was willing to write off 2/3rds of the debt owed to him, hence these 2 outstanding charges may contain what is now owed.
The club was 100% financially broken, relying solely on Raj lending the club the money to cover the costs needed.

Obviously the new owner has satisfied the relevant authorities that he is putting enough money into HUFC to see out the season, otherwise he would not have received approval.

So it could look likely that the new owner could be paying Raj back in instalments the money owed to Raj (and agreed upon within the sale).
If they have been paid back in full, then the charges should appear as satisfied in the coming weeks.

We still have the loan payments to the sports council.

And of course the new owner will have put in a significant amount of money to see out the season, again begging the question whether this will be a loan?

Hopefully things will be revealed in the coming weeks...

As to the charges and amounts 'due' to Singh - we'll find out in due course when Singhy's various novels (sorry, financial statements) are published.
