I see Lammys stringent prisoner release checks are proving fruitful.....

Prisoner..."I'm due to be released today" , Prison guard....."are you sure?", Prisoner..."yes",
Prison guard...."hold on I'll get the keys".

I see the French taxi driver who was accused of stealing his luggage has been cleared of all charges..Zero evidence of any wrong doing.

Lammy said he has put the toughest checks ever to stop the accidental releases, one accidental release is one too many, you can bring out as many new schemes you want to but if they are not implemented at the grassroots roots level what can Lammy do, sack the people responsible could be one option ?

A father has told how he used his car to hit a man suspected of stabbing 10 people on a train, waiting for the Police to charge him with dangerous driving or the fella to sue the driver for damages.

Lammy was asked in Parliament if another prisoner had been released and chose not to answer the question which breaches the Ministerial Code. He was subsequently requested to return to Parliament by the Speaker to make a statement and chose to ignore that too.
Absolute disrespect to the country.
This government is more corrupt than any in my memory - Free Gear Starmer and others, tax evasing Chancellor and Deputy Prime Minister, convicted fraudsters, convicted physical assailants, etc etc
There's been more wrongdoing by this lot in 15 months than by the Tory's in 14 years and that includes Boris!!

I’m sure I heard one was released on the day he came in.
Did he swop between the in and out queues…?

You have a short memory PTID, The police issued 126 fixed penalty notices to 83 individuals, including Johnson, his wife Carrie and Rishi Sunak (then Chancellor of the Exchequer, who also subsequently became prime minister), who all apologised and paid the penalties.
What’s corrupt about the current Labour Party, a bold statement and what wrongdoings apart from Rayner and Reeves property issues. Have a look at Sunak affairs how much tax he pays, also Farage as well. Nigel Farage uses an existing private company called Thorn in the Side Limited to receive earnings from his media work, such as for GB News and other external opportunities, which allows him to reduce his tax bill by paying corporation tax (25%) rather than higher income taxes.
I some times wonder where you glean all your news from PTID as you come out with some bold statements and nothing to back them up with or are you just a wind up merchant?

There's a huge difference between tax avoidance which is legal and Farage and others quite clearly are active in, and tax evasion which is illegal. I'm not ignoring all of the issues around Boris and Party gate but let's be fair there's been more issues within the present Labour Cabinet than the previous 14 years of Tory government.
Proof, Starmer owned up to the free gear, as did Rayner, Reeves and others (taking freebies while robbing pensioners of WFA is immoral at best), Haigh was a convicted fraudster when appointed to the cabinet and subsequently sacked, Rayner and Reeves are both self confessed tax evaders which is illegal, Lammy has just broken the Ministerial Code, there's the MP who went to jail for assaulting a constituent, just for starters.
Not bold statements without backup really are they Jamie?
I'm sure you'll soon be digging up some dirt on Farage's girlfriends mother's next door neighbours budgerigar though to try to deflect any criticism of the Labour party though.

Here we go about Farage girlfriend, from 17 hours ago, Two donors of Nigel Farage's partner have been convicted of fraud, money laundering and forgery involving a controversial Eurosceptic group.

More on your beloved Reform party, it’s upto 38 councillors resigned now sacked suspended or moved to another party, I hope they make a better choice when it comes to selecting prospective MPs.

There you go, predictable as ever - donors of Farage's partner? Is Farage a government representative, cabinet minister, PM, has HE actually been found guilty of a crime.
As for MY Reform wtf are you on about I've never posted anything to say I'm a supporter let alone a prospective voter for them. I've never been a single party voter, I tend to vote for whomever I seem to be the best candidate regardless of party. Keep your Red Flag flying high comrade.

You keep posting about how corrupt members of the Labour Party being corrupted but what charge of corruption have they been convicted of?
The father of Nigel Farage's girlfriend, Laure Ferrari, ran a haulage business in Strasbourg that was liquidated in 2020 with more liabilities than assets, this effectively means the business was bankrupt. How did she as her previous occupation of a waitress in a restaurant manage to raise £885000 to buy the house in Clacton ?

Feck me, you don't have to have been charged specifically with corruption to be corrupt - appointing a convicted fraudster to Cabinet is corrupt, as is Cabinet Ministers evading taxes (to which they both admitted). The very fact that government ministers are carrying out both immoral and illegal activities is almost the very definition of a corrupt government.
So we've arrived at the father of Farage's girlfriend now have we, we'll get to that budgie I mentioned earlier within 2 or 3 more of your posts at this rate.

Jamie, when someone is mentioned as being for example corrupt, why do you immediately raise the subject of another person who’s a political opponent….deflection tactics like that never work.

You could always try making a list of those found to have broken the law or mislead parliament and their misdeameanours during the Tory years vs the last 15 months and you might see that I'm right!
I've already listed the 3 Cabinet Ministers who broke the law, 1 who was a known convicted fraudster when appointed, and the latest who's broken the Ministerial Code - now considering those culprits have been as Senior as Deputy Prime Minister, Chancellor, Minister for Transport, and the replacement Deputy Prime Minister I seriously can't remember as many Senior Cabinet Ministers being found out whilst in office and certainly not within such a short space of time.

Name me the laws that were broken...including the Fines or Setences that were imposed.
During Covid 126 Fines were issued to 83 individuals who had broken the law from 1 address in the UK.
Would you like to name the address?

You obviously didn’t read my post about Partygate, I think the numbers convicted far out weighs the 3 culprits as you call them. The whole country was in lockdown the Queen was a forlorn figure sat on her own at her husbands funeral.
I’ll repeat what Mutley wrote, the police issued 126 fixed penalty notices to 83 individuals, including Johnson, his wife Carrie and Rishi Sunak (then Chancellor of the Exchequer, who also subsequently became prime minister).
1 day ago — Wednesday November 05 2025, 6.10pm GMT, The Times. Two donors of Nigel Farage's partner have been convicted of fraud, money laundering, I bet that won’t the front page of The Mail, Express or be on GB News.

Fixed penalty offences versus jailable offences by the top tiers of government.
2 Cabinet Ministers caught out vs the 3 of the present government, 14 years vs 15 months.
I've said many times lawmakers can't be lawbreakers and that's regardless of party. Having voted Tory at Boris's election (no brainer considering Corbyn was the alternative) I was appalled at times by his government and personal actions to the point I emailed my MP a number of times in protest. I can't even imagine you raising an eyebrow let alone protesting or complaining about anything your glorious Labour Party gets up to.
Do you even agree that Starmer's freebies, Rayner and Reeves criminality, Lammy breaching the Ministerial Code and ignoring the request by the Speaker to return to Parliament are all not acceptable government actions?

Ok...so show me who in the current Government has been jailed or even prosecuted.

In actuality, none of Boriss shambolic lot were prosecuted either. We all know if You or I had broken tax laws no matter how inadvertently we'd have been prosecuted for certain, they got away with it because of their positions.
Wasn't the MP who lamped his constituent jailed however?
Other than party gate, can you give examples of last breaking by the Tories? I'm sure there'll be some but I don't recall them coming so often as the present shambles. Without actually giving examples I can't understand how you can assert that what I wrote was stupid?

Well you put up with the Tories for 14 years so you must know one or two, did you scrutinise everything they ever did as your doing with current government?

Jamie I've already said I contacted my MP regarding my dissatisfaction at Boris and demanding she vote to oust him in the confidence votes? I honestly don't recall so many cabinet ministers in the last decade misbehaving as there has been in the last 15 months, can you? Feel free to list them as a reminder please.
I'm a moaning miserable bastard generally and treat all governments and opposition with the same distrust and scrutiny and I'm quite happy to criticise any and all of them.
