Announces his retirement from football. Says the fire is not in his belly anymore. Thought that was obvious last season with us.
Good on him for not taking the piss and going through the motions for a wage at Spennymoor though. Thought he would've scored for fun at that level.

Once you lose the interest and if his hearts not in it, there’s no point in going on ….and it becomes a task.

Lightweights, we've been through far worse times. Hope they rekindle their interest if we continue to do well / Raj leaves / preferably both.

you could tell last season while his touch and skill were above our level he just didn't have the speed anymore---as said above fairplay for not taking the piss.

I wasn’t particularly enamoured with his arrival last season, given his recent background. While he didn’t set the league alight, will give him real credit for his attitude, which was excellent.

same here apart from the spell where he seemed to have re found his scoring knack. i,d say the same for lua lua and the other has beens we gave contract to over the last couple of seasons. you could see thy had something but also that they had lost it also.
