True enough, but I'm not sure anything on his cv will have prepared him for a season scrapping in the NL. Suppose in the longer run it depends on what calibre of player they are able to sign.

not having the stupid transfer windows will help them as well as the loan system. there are still many players still without clubs but we saw the reasons why. think anyone associated with the club expect a struggle and ending up outside the bottom 4 will be seen as a good season. a mid table finish should see him being the manager of the season no matter which teams are promoted in the end.

Wonder what his attitude will be towards the players drinking alcohol, Sikhs are generally prohibited from drinking alcohol. Observant Sikhs are expected to abstain from all intoxicants, including alcohol

know they have it in the house as we had a neighbour opposite who worked with me in coventry always offered one if i went in and it was always alcoholic.
