Couldn't take a Lear Jet, but it was all about money in terms of the signings. Could the Crazy Diamonds batter down the defensive wall?
Sadly it proved to be a case of playing until the Great Gig in the Sky and still not looking like scoring. Ben Clark stayed on the ground when he should be learning to fly, and there were only the merest echoes of our last promotion season. The grass was greener back then....
Distorted view, see-through baby blue, we could do well but it's not the same.
