And its just you trying to justify your support of the problem.

The one who put two midfielders( I use the term very loosely) on in place of two strikers.

Please explain to me why that has anything to do with our expectations?

we dont have a god given right to be winning games. but when me and dibbs and the rest of us with families pulled out 500 bar for season tickets to watch fourth division football we did so on the basis that we were going to be watching a proffessional outfit.

instead we get treated like mugs. having to take time off work and queue for hours to collect season tickets we had already paid for was just the start.

boyd was sold and not replaced. underachievers and non achievers were handed new contracts. we werent told the shambolic embargo would prevent us bringing new players in, and nobody at the club has ever explained how it came about and who was to blame. we were only told as an afterthought.

getting any kind of information out of the club is virtually impossible. the boro website had news of liddle signing for us 2 days before ours did. the new club shop has no disabled access, we still have no explanation as to why you cant buy a ticket from the club shop 2 hours before a game without i.d. but can buy it on the turnstile an hour later without having to even give your name.

we have a chairman, essentially running the club, who seems more interested in newcastle united than hartlepool united, and who has watched the club going down the pan and done nothing to arrest the slide. the same man who has sacked successful managers and replaced them with less successful ones.

we have a director of sport, who has no real job description and seems to be paid to do nothing, other than reward crap with new contracts.

this isnt the penniless pools of old. the permanently broke club of the 70s and 80s with 15 cast offs on its books.

ior have spent millions on the football club and we are right back where we started, bottom half of division four, with a poor team and falling attendances.

give wilson time by all means. but for ffs get hodcroft and turner out and get someone in running the club with some passion and direction and some leadersghip qualities. someone who will root out the crap in all areas of the club and start getting people earning their salaries like how normal businesses are run. someone who will reward success rather than failiure, and someone who will treat its fans I.E. THE FOOKIN CUSTOMER with a bit more respect.

No. I get really pissed off with anyone who uses expressions like 110%.

100% is everything, the total, all. You cannot exceed it except maybe in some wierd example of quantum maths which is bollox because you cannot have more than everything.
