Deserved win but again made hard work of it by defending and letting them have all the ball after our 3rd goal went in. a few moments that must have got those who travelled itchy arses. credit where its due most had decent games but again can they repeat it at the vic in the next game. going our to defend on wed. will be committing suicide when you see the 10 goals we let in recently. got a phone call just after 9 yesterday morning from my lad who had no time to go to stockport as it was his mothers 80th birthday last night asking me if i was going to solihull. sais a big no but he went himself with his family as its only 30 minutes away from his home. i,ll post later to see what he thought of it.

Their last penalty….one of my lads pointed out it was a consolation for their keeper still organising their defence when the kick was taken for the penalty for us…..to me that’s the keepers fault for messing about instead of watching what was really going on.

It was a free kick for Pools on the edge of the box not a penalty. agree their keeper got caught out.

he was actually impressed with pools when they went forward and thought it was justice when we equalised. one thing that did surprise me was he thought our defence was really poor especially after we took the lead but got away with it. rated sinclair and surprisingly hunter. he expected a durge of a game after listening to me and was pleasantly surprised by the entertainment on offer. funny he missed a 4-2 victory for stockport to see a pools win by an extra goal in the game.

Hunter had a good game. He does nothing flash but never gives the ball away, is decent in the air and isn't afraid to put his foot in.

Bear in mind he was the only out-and-out defensive midfielder on the pitch with Sherron dropped. Miley, Holohan, and Campbell are all good passers who like to get forward. 3 goals for Sinclair and Reid and a great strike from Jamie Miley. Some quality off the bench too. Looking forward to giving Carlisle a run for their money on Wednesday.

"surprisingly hunter”

I,m surprised your surprised, Hunter is a capable footballer imo.
As already been mentioned, Fills in different roles gets stuck in and dare i say overall consistent.
What i like is he always tries to get the ball under control and play a pass, Never tries to be flash just gets on with it.

Imo heads and shoulders above Sheron.

just hope we can build on that like other teams do and not take one step forward and two back like we have done. carlisle players have the same body parts as ours do. respect them but not worry about them or make em out to be worldbeaters.

Never worry about division 5 Opposition.
It's a sign of weakness n Negativity.
Yad think we were playing Juventus n Ajax the days before every fixture.

Only the correct manager can end this regime.

Soon be May.
