Dear me like pulling teeth, I repeat the current government have no control over world commodity prices which again I repeat will be increasing with Trumps ‘war’

So she didn't reduce the level at which lower earners pay NI (tax), she hasn't raised the cost of employing staff (thereby increasing prices), she is going to remove the fuel duty cut shortly, she's going to introduce a person mile charge for electric vehicles soon, she didn't reduce or remove vat on fuel, she didn't remove the freeze on tax thresholds, etc etc - or was it a Tory imposter who's given the last 2 budgets? Or Garages girlfriend, Trump, or Truss?
Today after 18 months in charge we have the highest energy prices in the world, we have record high taxation, we have the highest ever use of food banks, we have almost zero economic growth, we have rising business failures, and rising unemployment, but the man who's not a Starmer or Labour supporter claims it's all the Tories fault. You really couldn't make it up.

there has been a 5p increase in fuel at the pumps but that fuel would have been in the country before trumps war. can understand it eventually going up but surely not yet.

The black hole built up by the Tories has to be paid some how, the U.K. has £2.8 trillion of debt on average £40000 per person, it has to financed one way or another wether you like it or not.

Catch up the black hole wasn't there, or certainly wasn't as large as Labour made out, then the supposed black hole was to be filled after the 1st budget and she wouldn't be back for more, then she still came back for more at the 2nd budget! Then to top it all it turns out there's huge " headroom" (ie surplus or negative black hole) according to the governments own figures.
By every measure the UK economy is failing and the last 2 budgets are making things worse for everyone in the UK, we see it on the forecourts, in the supermarkets, transport costs, reduced access to public services, etc

A relative was bemoaning the new rights bill that gives rights from the day they start because with no probation period for the new employee to prove their worth, the result is shorter part time contracts to minimise the risk.
