He only needs to watch the first 8 minutes. Bromby and Partners absolutely abysmal recruitment of Lee Clark pulled apart by a couple of knowledgeable NL podcasters.

Agree 100% that if B&P screw it up again we could be in so much trouble by Christmas that relegation to the NLN is on the cards.

There's obviously plenty of good, hungry, young NL managers around - but Maxwell has as much chance of finding a virgin in a brothel as he has of picking the right one!

It appears most can see what has gone wrong and what is needed but so far it appears that Landon can't or won't and upon this our season hangs.

its easier for us as its not our mistakes that have been made. a lot depends on how easy he can deal with the mistakes he has made.

The longer he takes to recognise and acknowledge that mistakes have been made, the longer it will take to rectify them, which will only get harder for him.
It is very difficult to rectify problems if you can't see you've got them.

A lot of us were not happy with Bromby & Partners being appointed at the time and said so!

Nor were we happy when the midfield was left as is, despite what appears to have been a big budget available for recruitment.
If we can see it, why did Bromby not see it!

Now we are told that we are fecked as far as any more budget is concerned.
A few of the players recruited I believe only came here for the money being offered, you cannot blame them but something has been off with the players for quite some time.

Now we are told that Bromby are looking for a replacement for Clark and are still part of HUFC management team!
It is not rocket science to recruit a new manager.
So why are Pools making is as complex as possible?!?

Sling Bromby and the other parasites still at the club and we can give Landon a list of managers for him to contact and possibly interview.
Landon, stop delegating important decisions to a bunch of amateurs. Get rid!

And even if Bromby appoint a new manager such as Maynard or Wild they will have been paid well to do so, we fans give our advice for free!
And if I were Landon, I would listen to the fans, not Bromby!!!

I'm hearing that Smithy is attending the Harrogate game.

Hopefully with a big axe.
Must be some gross misconduct from his employees.
If they perform that badly in a factory they are marched off site.
