I think that Lidds could have been the reason why things changed after the first half our. Yes the penalty was soft and that back pass should never have happened but we were sat back inviting trouble as usual. I was saying to myself come on Lidds knock some sense into him and I believe he did. Possibly by getting us to play further up the pitch and therefore nearer to Reid and allowing Sinclair, the only player who appeared to have the ability to bring some discomfort to their defenders, to just do his thing and just have the free rein to get at them as he saw fit. That's were the comeback came from in my opinion.
All it took was for somebody to say, hey come on we can't allow this to carry on, we have to change our tack and I think Lidds was the someone.

hardly anything revolutionary coming from the bench 2 nil down after24 minutes when all there is left to do is going for it in the hope of getting one goal back and hopefully more. the nil nil and catching em on the break for a goal had long gone.

We ain't won a game by more than 2 goals for about 90 day's now with some of them being very fortunate.
Tactics of staying in the game for the first 60 minutes have cost us plenty of lost points.

The to many draws review at the end of the season are down to the dour negative tactics.

I've only seen the YouTube highlights but we looked outstanding going forward from the 24th minutes which was our only way back into the game.

For me we should be attacking from minute 1.
Not even thinking about the defensive inviting pressure till we 2 goals up

Ah well soon be May.
That looks like the time of change for the upwards motion to properly kick in.

UTP.
