To deliver a parcel…he was smartly dressed, attentive and had a sense of humour, we had a brief conversation which set me thinking….can’t our schools be based on the school he went to …..when I see some of the crap we’re churning out?

I know a lot of people from Africa, was he white, black, chinese appearance, asian appearance?

If you had said a man from England called today, we would in our current situation be unsure of his colour, race, nationality etc.
Therefore on the same basis, someone from Africa could be anything.

I've had a lot of deliveries where the person making the delivery has been asian, chinese, white, black.
Some have been pleasant, some have been very surly indeed!

I am glad that your experience was a good one.

But I know where you are coming from, some people raised differently and in another country can be better mannered than the ones who have an education in this country.
Not in all cases though, but I get what you are saying.

Me and our Lass just back from a trip to Donny city centre and the place is going downhill fast, very few shoppers, a lot of furtive looking gadgies, quite a few students, mostly noisy and bad mannered. Marks and Spencers just closed and there was a notice on the door saying re-opening in their new premises out of the centre in one of them there shopping areas next month. You would think, for the sake of a month or two, they would have kept the city centre one open.
Got some nice sea bass for tea from the fish market though.

The point I was making was judge someone by their character……yes I want every illegal repatriated …but let’s not assume it applies to everyone and assume the worst, there’s good and bad in everyone.

Just asking some questions to show that if we say someone is from England, you don't know what they will look like.
However if you say someone is from Africa, people assume they are black.
I was not therefore making assumptions he was black but asking you whether he was or not?

Turbo camel with twin humps, miserly with fuel and a good range….it was easy going across Africa and Europe till he hit the Lodge roundabout and the camel ( Eric) had to refuel on the Lodge roundabout’s abundance of vegetation on the weed strewn eyesore of a roundabout that passes for a symbolic nature garden by the eco loons we employ.

id we have to generalise and only from my experiance the scuffy, the dirtier and the most miserable looking the person is the more likely they,ll be white british. you see em in the street of all ages dressed like i do taking the dogs out on a shitty wet day in mud. lots of women are as bad as they do not know where the make up counter in now.
