Who's hiring/firing the managers? Hells bells. You can say what you like about how our most recent EIGHT yes EIGHT full time managers have performed since Challoner left in 2021 - but if they've all been regarded as sackable after a very short time in charge then why the heck hasn't the clubs recruitment person had the boot??? They're clearly recruiting shite. Over and over again.

And I don't think all of our recent managers have been shite - so the bugger doing the firing wants the boot too.

Just give it to Featherstone until the end of the season. That'd be "permanency" by our usual standards.

We have a rotating door of appointments and no one ever lasts long.
Anywhere where this happens surely has to raise serious questions.
All the managers can’t have been that bad, but do those doing the deciding know enough about running a football club…? Sorry, but you just can’t apply normal management practices to running a team….it’s not a plumbing firm or the factory floor and to believe that sort of management philosophy could achieve anything as flawed and naive in the extreme.

I’m dog tired of this hire and fire conveyor belt…we need time and patience from those running those steering the ship.
